Meet our AIM Coaches

Amy

Amy has been running for over 10 years as she accomplishes her major goal of running a half marathon in every state. She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and works as a running coach, strength coach, and influencer marketing manager. As a coach, she loves to work with all levels & all distances – but specializes in coaching for the longer distance races. Her goal is to ensure that all of her athletes truly enjoy the process of making progress & celebrate every single win along the way.

Kayley

Kayley has been running consistently for nearly 10 years and has raced in distances from the 5K to the marathon.  She is UESCA certified and has been coaching for over a year (but has been encouraging friends and family to run for years, even had a 5k for her wedding).  She loves to help others to find their love for running through consistency and hard work.  She believes in meeting athletes where they are at and taking them where they want to go.  She is a PA native but resides in Colorado with her husband and pups, Hoka and Addy.

Laura

Laura is a UESCA certified run coach who has been involved in running nearly her entire life thanks to her runner father. She works as a full time physician assistant in OB/GYN.  She has PR’d in every distance since the birth of her third son in 2021!  Laura’s coaching style focuses on consistency and quality miles, helping busy runners enjoy the process and crush their dreams!

Katie

Katie has been running for 17 years and coaching for over 2 years. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two little kids and works as a pediatric occupational therapist. Her personal favorite distance is the 5k but she also has experience coaching all distances and all levels of runners!

You can make a request in the waitlist form to indicate which coach you’d like to work with. We do our best to fulfill coach requests, but if your preferred coach is full then another coach may reach out.

Yes! We do allow for partial payments – just let us know when we reach out about an open spot!



We use VDOT for 1:1 training plan creation and delivery – it’s an easy-to-use training platform that allows for customization for each athlete!

The main difference between the plans is the amount of support and accountability provided by the coach, as well as the number of plan adjustments and accommodations. If you’re not sure which one is best, we are happy to help you decide when we reach out about an open spot!
